Third Annual ‘August is Page County Grown Month’
The month begins with Storytime at the Page Library August 5 at 10, featuring ‘Stories from the Farm’ with Tina Switzer! Join us August 10 at 9 am for our third annual Farm Tour, beginning at the Chamber of Commerce. Follow that up with the Farm-to-Table Wine Dinner at the Mimslyn Inn at 6 pm. (Reservations: 743-5105) Then, make plans to visit the Page County Fair August 18 through 24. Celebrate Ag in Page County!

Celebrate our second annual Season Kick-Off: Saturday, June 29 at 6 pm at the PAL Center in downtown Luray! Enjoy a locally-grown meal prepared by Mimslyn Chef Chris Harris, along with music by DJ Kib. Locally-grown Wisteria wine will be available for purchase! Tickets are $10 in advance, with a very limited number available at the door for $15. Get tickets at the Luray-Page County Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center!

Our Second Annual Farm Tour and Wine Dinner was held August 4 — with Wisteria Wine at the beautiful Mimslyn Inn in the evening! Folks spent the day learning about the foods you’ll be dining on!
Page County Public Schools and Page County Grown served locally-raised and grown foods May 31 at both breakfast and lunch! Director of Food Services Diane Dovel coordinated this effort to educate students on the value of local food!
